Classes

  • We offer ballet classes for adults at different levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. The classes include barre work, centre work, and stretching.

  • Stretch classes are focused on flexibility and strength training, aimed at improving mobility in everyday life.

  • We offer Chinese dance classes of the classical and folk variety. Classical Chinese dance includes an emphasis on key principles (figure 8, Yin and Yang). Folk Chinese dance explores various ethnic minority dances from China.

  • Private coaching offers individual attention to the student with personalized lessons aimed at improving their technique.
